A fine for a similar offence was inflicted upon Alfred Thomas Osborne, of Regent-street, London, who was further summoned for driving an unregistered car, – Edwin Perry, of the same address, was summoned for aiding and abetting him. – The Bench considered the explanation given satisfactory, and ordered the payment of costs only.
